“IRS may even send armed agents to confront you there, as it is doing in Panama.”

Can you go into more detail about this? What exactly did the agents do, and what legals powers do they have while operating in Panama?

Brian,

The agents only have the power to investigate, not to arrest. I don’t have any first-hand reports of what they are doing, other than going after what they refer to as “big fish” in Panama. I have not heard from any of the “big fish” they are supposedly investigating.
