I wonder if part of the problem stems from an increasing number of requests to expatriate. I read in some publication (can’t remember which one) that a record number of U.S. citizens are leaving the country with many of them expatriating. A lot of wealth has already left with them. These folks see little hope in politicians or anyone else, being able to fix things. I agree to a great extent. However, I choose to stay. I defended this country through my military service and in spite of its headlong plunge into socialism, I still love this country. I saw a sticker on an old Ford pickup years ago and that caption haunts me today. “I love my country, its my Government I’m afraid of.”

Obama whacks judge – To confiscate your bank & retirement accounts!
Judge Whacked for disagreeing with Obama’s seizure of all Americans bank accounts and retirement monies to stave off collapse of economy!
Positively Shocking! Thank god for my 2nd citizenship!
http://www.eutimes.net/2011/01/top-us-federal-judge-assassinated-after-threat-to-obama-agenda/
Top US Federal Judge for the State of Arizona was assassinated barely 72-hours after he made a critical ruling against the Obama administrations plan to begin the confiscation of their citizen’s private retirement and banking accounts in order to stave off their nations imminent economic collapse, and after having the US Marshals protecting him removed, (just as JFK’s Secret Service police had to stand down in Dealy Plaza)..
Here is law suit for these CIA patsies: http://www.vawatchdog.org/09/nf09/nfjan09/jan09files/Edgewood_Complaint%20.pdf
Since taking office in early 2009, Obama has completely overturned the once free United States through his use of Executive Orders that asserts his power to put anyone he wants in prison without charges or trial forever and his right to assassinate any American citizen he deems a threat.
The most chilling of these powers Obama has asserted for himself, however, are contained in Executive Order 13528 he signed nearly a year ago (January 10, 2010) creating a Council of Governors he has hand-picked to rule over the United States in place of its elected representatives when their next “disaster” strikes and orders them to begin “synchronization and integration of State and Federal military activities in the United States; and other matters of mutual interest pertaining to National Guard, homeland defense, and civil support activities”.
Going from the chilling to the outright scary, about whatever “disaster” the American regime is preparing their people for, is Obama’s Homeland Security Department, through their Ready.Gov organization, beginning to air this past week a public service television commercial titled “World Upside Down” that shows a typical family sitting in their home suddenly losing all of its gravity and warning all who watch it to begin preparing.
Now he prepares to take your money too!

Expratriation is vested right very clearly express in the Treaty Of Paris and the United States Constitution and Treaties. A unalienable right Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness and Native Americans are complelled in the Federal Income Tax(Debt)programs. They were not included in the Treaty Of Paris or in the United States Constitution expressed as “Indians not Taxed,” Unalienable and inalienable unwritten laws which vested rights and cannot be abrogated.

Expatriation is billed here as a plan for the middle class to escape taxes. But most middle class people don’t have that much money to worry about being taxed. Their properties in Europe for instance are sometimes worth as little $100k, their bank accounts may hold a few thousand, and their income in the foreign country they live in may be so low, or undetectable, as to avoid the IRS radar that no income filing is necessary.

question, what if you have a 2nd passport, live abroad for many years and just do not renew your U.S. passport next time it expires
